Paul Smith - Practice Coordinatoor
After returning to youth work in 2008, Paul completed a Certificate in Youth and Community Development at Ulster University, followed by a degree in Community Youth Work. Over the years, he has developed a strong blend of interpersonal, organisational, and strategic skills that enable him to ensure BIP’s community development work is effective and aligned with the organisation’s goals.
Liam Dunlop - Finance & Office Manager
Liam is BIP’s Finance and Office Manager and has been with the organisation since 2013. He has a Diploma in Mangement Accounts and IATI. During that time, he has played a key role in ensuring BIP’s financial systems are robust, transparent, and well managed. His experience and attention to detail help keep the organisation running smoothly and support the effective delivery of our work across Belfast’s interface communities.
Mark Arthur - Project Development Officer
Mark has a First-Class Honours degree in Community Youth Work and has been involved in the field since around 2010. He has worked across a wide range of community and youth work settings, but his passion has always been being on the ground, delivering programmes and facilitating meaningful engagement with young people and communities.
